October 2020 Tarek Latif was nominated as the Cluster Director of Revenue for IHG Makkah Madinah Hotels , responsible for 7000+ rooms in Makkah Madinah and will reach up to 11000 rooms by the beginning of 2023 when VOCO Makkah will officially open its doors in 2023 . 2021 despite the Pandemic challenges and the sever restrictions for Makkah Madinah Two hotels Dar AL Tawhid Intercontinental & Dar Al Iman Intercontinental achieved and exceeded their 2021 budget . Exceptional None matched System contribution performance for Dar AL Tawhid Intercontinental with 47.9% representing around $ 14.1 Million USD compared to 2019 $ 13.4 Million USD. 2021 RGI for Dar Al Tawhid Intercontinental was a great story to tell achieving RGI of 306.9 leading the comp set with 1/5. Success does not stop here moving to 2022 all hotels are YTD ahead of budget Intercontinental Dar Al Tawhid , Intercontinental Dar AL Iman , Intercontinental Dar Al Hijra , CP Madinah and EL Kiswah towers with a positive outlook for all the 5 hotels to achieve their 2022 Budget . Tarek Latif supported with the development of a great local talent Torki Al Ahmadi who was promoted from Reservations Manager for Dar AL Iman Intercontinental to the position of Asst Revenue Manager for Both Dar AL Iman and Dar AL Hijra Intercontinental.
