Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity (2019-present) Responsible for creating a future end-to-end connected travel experience that provides world class productivity and entertainment, in-the-moment customer servicing, and unlocks the tremendous revenue potential of a large, engaged, and captive audience. Onboard Products (2017-2019) Responsible for the design, development and management of all aspects of United's onboard products and services: including seats, interiors, IFE, connectivity, food and beverage, and amenities for all fleets and cabins. Ecommerce (2015-2017) Responsible for all aspects of design and development in support of United’s multi-billion dollar customer-facing digital channels (united.com, mobile web, mobile app, kiosks, digital signage, inflight entertainment, and inflight Wi-Fi). Passenger Systems (2013-2015) Led development and rollout of United’s cutting-edge inflight connectivity and entertainment products across a complex fleet and multiple providers. Loyalty Solutions and Product Development (2012-2013) Created stand‐alone IT capability and led digital delivery in support of United’s Loyalty business unit (MileagePlus).
