As a Technical Consultant within IBM’s Canadian HRTT (Human Resources and Talent Transformation Team) practice, I specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a strong focus on integrations, system architecture, and SSO Solutions(SAP IAS). My role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that deliver tangible value to clients across various industries. 🔧 Key Responsibilities & Projects🔧: Led multiple SuccessFactors IAS/IPS Integration(Identity Authentication) go-lives, ensuring seamless SSO integration and secure user lifecycle management for public and private sector clients. Successfully led and delivered a Work Zone for HR project for a major Canadian transit organization, where I managed configurations, branding, integrations with IAS/IPS, and launchpad optimization to enhance employee experience. Delivered SAP Integration Suite (CPI) projects, including full-cycle delivery for complex interfaces — from requirement gathering and design to build, SIT/UAT, and Go-Live cutover.
Worked as an intern with Ceridian's Dayforce Benefits team. Worked on Ceridian's flagship product Dayforce which is a leading global HCM software. Daily work includes developing new user-facing features using React.js and building reusable wrapper components. Translating Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Optimizing React components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
