Developing multi-antigen T-cells loaded with deep primed cytokines which may be released to overcome the tumor microenvironment in solid tumors. Repertoire is rationally addressing numerous challenges in the cell therapy field for oncology in a deeply scientific, rationale and forward thinking manner.
Help lead innovative T-cell therapeutic platform which has already received breakthrough therapy from FDA. Platform includes 3rd party donor, off-the-shelf T-cells targeting EBV and CMV as well as non-viral target WT-1. Potential indications for current T-cell products include hematologic malignancies, solid tumors and autoimmune diseases with proof of concept achieved across several of these. Goal is to become among the first T-cell therapies approved globally and to address large unmet need in serious disease afflicting large patient populations including lymphoma, opportunistic infections and multiple sclerosis. Work with outstanding team of clinicians, collaborators, scientists, and cross-functional colleagues.
