Also responsible to lead the company-wide "Build-On-Basics" (BOB) program to set-up or improve business processes, procedures and controls across all functions, as well as in leading the ISO program.
Responsible for all aspects of the factory operations to manufacture low voltage switch-boards and motor control centres for B2B and turn-key clients, including for the techno-commercial, design and development, production, quality assurance, finance and human resources. Trained in "Techno-Commercial and Manufacturing of Electrical Distribution Equipments" (2 months) at Merlin Gerin SA (Groupe Schneider) and Societe Industrielle De Materiel Electrique, France.
Responsible to establish and manage a moulds/ dies/ foundry-patterns/ jig-fixtures/ tools' design and fabrication, and a metal stamping facility, including for its marketing/ sales, design and development, planning and procurement, production and maintenance, quality and testing, as well as recruitment and training. Worked/trained in "Design and Fabrication of Precision Dies and Moulds" (9 months) at AEG AG GmbH and Fritz Sechelmann Werkzeugbau, Germany; in "Electro Discharge Machines Technology and Operations" (1 month) at AEG Elotherm GmbH, Germany; in "Manufacturing Techniques of Metallic Patterns for Pumps" (2 months) at Torishima Pumps Mfg. Co. Ltd., Japan.
