As a GTA, I assisted faculty with various lab related tasks, performed classroom instruction, as well as other academic support duties, departmental operational needs, and other associated clerical duties as assigned. -Served as lab instructor of three courses per semester consisting of 20-25 students per course. -Assisted in logging and processing course materials, assignments, papers, and internship materials. -Assisted in research related tasks including use of the library and internet to find and/or update sources. -Assisted faculty and lab coordinator in lab preparation and clean-up. -Supported students requiring additional resources, including disability resources, financial aid, and mental health counseling.
As a crew member, I served as utility to cover stations around the establishment. Taking orders, stocking food and ingredients, preparing orders, adding toppings and boxing of finished food, and closing duties. -Greeted customers with a positive attitude and cultivate a welcoming experience. -Handled responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner. -Supported fellow employees during intense shifts. -Communicated pace and workload with other stations. -Worked with third-party delivery services to ensure orders were correct and handled properly. -Dependable work ethic earned trust and respect from colleagues and managers.
