I lead External Operations at Premier Truck Rental, overseeing a national network of partner yards and fleet operations across multiple markets. My role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of our rental fleet, from arrival and inspection to reconditioning, rent-ready status, and customer delivery. I work closely with internal teams and outside partners to improve operational efficiency, standardize processes, and ensure every location meets Premier Truck Rental’s quality, safety, and performance standards. This includes developing KPIs, managing vendor relationships, driving accountability through scorecards, and leading initiatives to reduce turn times and improve asset utilization.
Illinois Road location, we received “Most Fantastic Change Award!” We accomplished highest sales volume and profit this location has ever had.
This store's sales are ranked 11th in the nation and fourth overall in sales within the company (2015). Recently was awarded number 3 overall store in the company. As well as number one in labor and highest HQSC score in the company. This year (2016), we were ranked 9th in the nation for sales and finished number one in labor % for the second year in a row.
