• Assist Head Coach w/ training, practice, and recruitment (create recruitment spreadsheets identifying top targets, contacting individuals via phone, email, Zoom, and direct messaging). • Attend coaches' meetings, NCAA Compliance meetings, and assist w/ meet management. • Write women’s workouts, develop race plans, and prescribe return to activity training plans (i.e., incorporate AlterG, Cross Training—biking, swimming, and elliptical workouts).
• Developed and administered training to 30+ student-athletes. • Organized practice and developed exercise programs to combat injury and address weaknesses. • Responsible for creating meet calendars and entering athletes into their perspective races. • Home meet management (organized heat sheets, set up timing equipment and electronically timed races to upload to AthleticLive instantaneously, set up and tore down the venue, etc.). • Organized the end of the year banquets and consulted with awards, food, and t-shirt companies.
• Assisted the head coach with developing training, organizing practice, and creating post-running exercises and weight room routines. • Responsible for prescribing workout paces/plans and race plans for the varsity group. • Mentor athletes to help them accomplish their running goals and develop them to be "Men for Others" and gain valuable life lessons.
