In my current role as Head of Company Relations and Career Development at ESCP Business School I am in charge of a team of 5 employees. We bring students and companies together and organize recruitment events, courses, guest lectures, workshops etc.
I am in charge of expanding the network of companies we work with at ESCP and building strong relationships to the corporate world.
I am responsible for the partnerships between ESCP and companies interested in recruiting future talents at ESCP Business School. I organize Career Fairs, Interview Days, Company Presentations etc. in order for our students to connect with potential future employers.

Overall responsibility for events targeting students, alumni and the business community. Project management from A-Z In charge of the succesfull event "What will future female leaders fight for? on International Womens Day in 2018. A high profiled workshop with 500 students, alumni, danisch CEOS and ministers. Team leader for 8 part time assistants.
Project manager for CBS Career Fair, which takes place at Copenhagen Business School each semester (50 particpating companies and 2-3000 participating students per fair). Relations manager for key accounts and all companies interested in recruiting talents from CBS. Overall responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of workshops and programmes related to job search and employability
This job gave me a huge knowledge of the job market, and how to reach talented students, graduates and professionals. My Key Accounts was leading Danish and International companies looking to attract the best talents for their organisation. During my three years at Move On I was also in charge of various projects and events - e.g. the planning and execution of the job fair IT Match making at the IT University of Copenhagen. My most important tasks: Key Account Management • Event planning • Advise on best practice for attracting students and professionals. • Advice on employer branding. • Sale of employer branding and recruitment solutions
Recruitment of trainees for 2010 - including correspondence with applicants, participating as observer in Assessment Centers, conducting job interviews, issuing employment contracts, planning of introduction week Planning and organisation of in-house seminars and external trainings for the company’s 1.800 employees
