I am a Chartered Accountant (First Attempt) with experience in IPO Advisory, Financial Reporting, Statutory Audits, Ind AS, ESG Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance. My professional experience spans listed companies, IPO-bound organizations, public sector undertakings, and multinational business environments across the Iron & Steel, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Banking, and Power sectors. I have contributed to end-to-end IPO engagements, including the preparation and review of Restated Financial Statements, drafting DRHP certificates, validating Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) disclosures, and ensuring compliance with SEBI ICDR Regulations. My experience also includes preparing consolidated financial statements under Ind AS, performing foreign currency translation and cross-border accounting adjustments, and coordinating with overseas finance teams to deliver accurate and compliant financial reporting. In the ESG reporting space, I have managed key attributes of BRSR Core Reporting for a Fortune 500 public sector bank and prepared Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) reports, supporting organizations in meeting evolving sustainability and disclosure requirements. My audit experience includes statutory and CAG audits of large corporates and public sector entities, where I have independently led critical audit areas such as revenue, cash and cash equivalents, statutory dues, indirect taxes, accounting policy evaluations, and compliance assessments.
