Tanimara Macari is currently a full time student at the University of Miami Business School. Tanimara is working towards graduating with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Management with a minor in Marketing in 2022. Tanimara Macari is originally from Cancún Mexico and is fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational level in German. Tanimara is also a full time athlete, pursuing a professional career in Equitation.
WORK & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE Sportpferde Glanemann Sassenberg, Germany Stable Manager, Rider Intern August 2017 – December 2018 • Managed the logistics of a professional horse stable while working as an international rider. • Led the team to an organized and efficient schedule. Dealt with clients who were interested in buying horses. Took full time care of the horses to deliver top performance. • Analyzed our current client market and offered the right horses for the right costumers. • Developed strategy to a successful show plan. Learned to work with international people and costumers. Increased knowledge and skills as an equestrian.
Graduation Committee Instituto Cesare Cancún, Mexico President August 2016 – June 2017 • Led the graduation committee to a successful graduation planning. Organized events for students to connect. • Worked together with the committee, organized graduation date. Planned meetings throughout the year to hear the class’ opinion. Met with the school’s principal to reach event arrangements and discuss possibilities. • Arranged meetings with providers. Met with hotels’ managers to choose our graduation location. Reached successful strategies towards events logistics through team work.
