Coordinate kick off of new projects who arrived in Hermosillo. Coordinate, control, and supervise the operations of the 6 companies who had our shelter service: TE Connectivity-Sensor Solutions Division, Shimtech Composites, Optimum Turbine Manufacturing, Latécoère, Unlimited Services Wire Group. Prepare weekly, monthly and executive reports to present to our customers at the local and corporate level. Perform annual audits to evaluate the legal compliance of our customers and submit the results to corporate and plant managers. Elaborate the EHS Budget for each plant and monitor the compliance of it. Recruitment of EHS Leaders for each plant. Coordinate the HR aspects of my EHS team: 5 Leaders, 1 Facilitator, and 1 Trainee.
Assure the legal compliance of our site. Attend Federal and State inspections by the government dependences. Coordinate the environmental management system. Recertification of environmental management system. Internal certify trainer of emergency brigades, cranes and hoists, environmental management system, etc. Follow up to Safe Audit program. Attend internal (by corporate) and external audits (customers or certified house).
