Responsible for the quality towards all external parties, with managing 13 FTE for day to day business and long term quality plans.
Responsible for the quality towards all our customers in the semicon industry, around 250 MEUR revenue with managing 5 FTE for day to day business and long term quality plans.
Responsible for the quality towards ASML for Neways companies among others NAA. Coordinating Neways-wide quality improvement program with responsible quality managers. Managing 2 FTE for NAA related daily operations.
I am responsible for the improvement of the process quality applied in Engine Hardware & Design department within DAF Product Development.
Team manager of the quality team within the assembly and finish – team consists of 56 blue collar and 12 white collar employees (inkl. Engineers). 56 employees in the blue collar team ensure that the quality standards of each vehicle produced are met. White-collar workers in the team monitor the effectiveness of both assembly and quality processes and they improve this processes.
Team manager of HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning) system in in the mid-range coach project – team consists of 5 members, 2 of them are located in Germany. The project phase started in 2016 and will be continuing until the start of production in February 2020.
I work for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. as Quality Assurance Engineer at Hoşdere Bus Plant. In these six years, I have had the opportunity to experience whole assembly processes and all mechanic, electric, trimming parts of the vehicle. I have been responsible for the continuous improvement in manufacturing and customer satisfaction.
