I'm Zhi Xuan, a final year Business student at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), specializing in Human Resource Consulting. I'm passionate about people-centric solutions and eager to contribute to the evolving world of human resources through innovation, empathy, and strategic thinking. My foundation in HR began with a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology from Singapore Polytechnic, where I gained a deep understanding of HR fundamentals and organizational behavior. During my studies, I've had the opportunity to work on impactful projects, including implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath to optimize HR processes. I've also gained valuable practical experience through two HR internships, where I contributed to projects such as redesigning a HR Intranet, streamlining workflows, and developing employee wellness initiatives.
