In 2022, my school has assigned me to take the certification exam from IHRP which I have obtained the certification of IHRP certified associate. IGNITE! 2022 was one of the event that I have participated, in which I was one of the project leads for the Human Resource department, through this, I supervised a significant amount of students that were also involved as part of the crew for IGNITE!
During my internship with Defence Collective, I was exposed to the wide spectrum of functions in HR. I operated in Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, whilst handling Ad hoc Admin duties such as filing, organizing office supplies and project management for company events. Projects that I had directed: - Attrition Analysis Interns' projects (for company events) - Dinner and Dance - Workplace Health Programme Following the completion of my internship, being involved in a diverse HR role has developed not only my experiences, also my interest in this department.
