As an educator, I believe that every child can be an active contributor to society, and I work to develop their 21st century competencies through a safe, inclusive classroom where curiosity, creativity, and ownership of learning are encouraged. With a keen interest in science communication, assessment, and game-based learning, I am committed to providing my students with innovative and engaging learning experiences. Beyond my classroom, I aim to shape a culture of collective teacher efficacy where teachers engage in reflective practice, refine their craft, and collaboratively improve student learning.
