Roles & Responsibilities (Marketing): a. Develop and implement product and sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. b. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends. d. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and Product’s Principal to ensure product development meets customer needs and market demands. e. Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. f. Develop and execute sales plans, including territory management, customer segmentation, and sales forecasting. g. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. h. Work closely with marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of product and sales strategies. i. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. j. Managing budgets and resource allocation for product development and technology projects. Roles & Responsibilities (HR): • Develops and implements HR strategies, initiatives and policies aligned with the company and business plans. • Drives and manages the recruitment, selection and onboarding process. • Plans and implements effective compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate and retain talent. • Oversees and manages the performance appraisal system to drive high performance. • Identifies the training and development needs of the employees, with the focus of developing critical skills for the business, implement and monitor the training programs. • Handles employees’ disciplinary issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. Ensures legal compliance throughout the human resources management. • Advises and supports Business Unit Directors to carry out the end to end HR functions and responsibilities stipulated under their business contractual requirements. • Leads, coaches and inspires the HR Department staff to deliver high quality and timely HR advices to the company.
• In charge of all the company fire fighting products. • Marketing of the fire fighting products into the private and government industries & medical device into hospital sector. Fire fighting products such as fire fighting suit, helmet, gloves & boots. Medical devices such as HoverTech Equipment, AED and First Aids items • Perform demonstration to hospital for all the medical devices • Take part and submission of Tender called by government sector • Meet-up with suppliers and customers • Attend Tender site briefing • Liaise with different government sector for any incoming event. • Coordination for the event such as the logistics arrangement etc.
Main job scope is to dispatch files, answering phone call and handle his daily routine.
