I was the kid who didn’t break apart my Rubik’s cube just to get all the colors lined up. I was the one who solved it—and I’ve been passionately curious ever since. I’ve always been drawn to new challenges with one goal in mind: to understand how things work—and how to make them better. That mindset has shaped my career too. After my mechanical engineering studies, I stepped into project management—where curiosity meets people, systems, and progress. I’ve led the design of complex products, audited suppliers across Europe, picked up programming to streamline workflows, and studied how people think, decide, and collaborate. As a leader, integrity is my compass—a blend of trust, honesty, and doing what’s right, even when it’s not the easiest road to take. I lead with openness and curiosity, aiming to build strong relationships and create win-win situations where people and teams thrive. Whether leading a project or mentoring a team, I still approach complexity the way I did with that Rubik’s Cube—not by twisting blindly for a fast result, but by understanding how the pieces fit, respecting the process, and solving with integrity. Today, that same mindset helps me build trust, nurture growth, and guide others toward clarity—not just in what they do, but in why it matters.
