As the HR Business Partner I was responsible for delivering HR programs and strategic priorities to support the organization. This included supporting operational leaders with recruitment solutions, human capital management, employment relations challenges and performance management. At the AUC my role was to wear many hats. In addition to the above, my role also included being the first point of contact for my business groups. While ensuring the day-to-day needs of my divisions are met, I played a significant role in payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and development and training programs.
Provided full HR support to all managers and the principal of the organization. Responsible for recruitment, client support, policy management, training and development, knowledge management, health and safety, privacy, payroll and compensation, benefits administration, strategic planning and mediation of conflict resolution.
Systems administrator for the Human Capital Management System (HCM). Analyzed the utilization of employees using the HCM to make improvements to current scheduling and strategize recruitment needs. Responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, from pre-screening and testing applicants, through to the orientation and training of new recruits. Benefits administration including yearly evaluation of all field employees for eligibility(registering/deregistering, explaining the program and assisting employees as needed).
