Currently serving as an Air Liaison Officer to Tier 1 organisation, I provide specialist air expertise to joint operations, strengthening inter-service cooperation and ensuring seamless integration between air and land components. At the heart of my career is my trade as an Air Loadmaster on the C-130 Hercules, where I operated worldwide delivering vital supplies and tactically air-dispatching critical loads into austere and hostile environments. These formative experiences instilled adaptability, precision, and resilience — qualities that continue to shape how I lead and support others today. Across a 22+ years career in the Royal Air Force, I have moved from frontline operations to leadership development and strategic planning. I have had the privilege of training RAF Officers in air planning, command, leadership, and management, and I was recognised in the New Year’s Honours list for my contribution to delivering Air Policing as an Operational Air Planner for Air Command. Earlier roles included Air Safety Manager at a busy London military airfield and Training Development Specialist, championing student-centred learning and driving innovation in training design and delivery. I have also worked with international agencies and Other Government Departments, further developing my ability to collaborate and deliver results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. I take pride not just in achieving mission and team objectives, but also in helping people grow — encouraging them to recognise their strengths and fulfil their potential.
