To act on instruction from investment manager. Reconcile, monitor and investigate all portfolio (i.e. the fund) activity. This includes cash and FX activity, overdrafts, trades, stock and derivative positions, corporate actions and income due to the fund. Ensure all portfolio activities have been correctly accounted for in the fund’s general ledger and verify reasonability of portfolio daily valuation or unit price per the set threshold or client requirement. Provide answers to customer and/or investment manager queries on portfolio being responsible, through the home site customer service team as intermediary.
