• Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle within Engineering and IT specialties across the United States and Canada. • Generate a strategic, concentrated, thoughtful, and diverse pipeline of both active and passive talent through internal searches, sourcing, referrals, networking, and opportunity postings across resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, DICE, Clearance Jobs and more. • Orchestrate a methodical introductory meeting with each hiring manager for consistency and compliance efforts in recruitment process. • Establish trust through relationship building with each hiring manager along with their influential team members. • Lead candidates offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing of candidates. • Keeping up to date and in alignment with local hiring practices and laws. • Ensuring candidate data privacy and working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates.

• Technical Recruiter for Defense and Aerospace sectors focusing on IT, and Engineering skill sets with DoD Security Clearances. • Strategically and creatively locate specialized candidates meeting the hiring criteria of each specific Defense and Aerospace client. • Tools used include Clearance Jobs, Dice, Zip Recruiter, Google, LinkedIn, referrals to name a few.
• Concentration on Operations, Business Development, Recruiter and Team growth. • Conduct daily huddles to promote HOT orders and encourage sense of urgency in fulfillment for the clients. • Training and positive coaching techniques for recruiting efforts to identify talent for our clients. • Worked with clients on billing issues, contract employee regarding payroll, Workers Compensation claims, E-Verify, background investigations and drug screening. • Responsible for annual budget, ensuring P & L accuracy targets are properly managed to reach goals for profitability. • Managed team of 2 On Site recruiters, 2 Staffing Assistants and 3 Recruiters.
