Facility Maintenance Specialist with experience in facilities management, warehouse operations and procurement, working in large-scale logistics environments. Strong background in maintenance and cleaning contract management, waste management, generator operation, and compliance with legal, health and safety requirements. Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance, suppliers, SLAs and operational costs. Hands-on experience coordinating maintenance and cleaning teams, planning action routes, controlling consumption of inputs, managing service calls, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Responsible for facilities management and operation of warehouse infrastructure and equipment; - Planning and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities; - Management of maintenance, cleaning and waste management contracts; - Monitoring of electrical and hydraulic systems, generators and facilities operations; - Supplier management, hiring services in compliance with health, safety and legal requirements; - Leadership and coordination of maintenance and cleaning teams; - Development of SOPs, route planning and consumption control; - Layout updates and technical drawings using AutoCAD; - Control of cleaning and maintenance supplies consumption.
Responsible for contracting services for the logistics operation, such as cleaning, maintenance, security and concierge services, as well as spot services and equipment rental. Negotiation of contracts, market research, registration of new suppliers aiming for new partnerships. Preparation of RFI, RFP and RFQ, conducting BIDs, tracking deliveries, monitoring savings, service SLAs and order control.
Responsible to purchasing for the comercial constructions. Participation in all process buying till delivering. Searching for new suppliers, stablishing good professional relation with vendors. Request for quotations and negotiations to achieve the best prices and deals. Processing purchase orders and organize the deliverys considering the construction schedule. Inventory control and organization. Financial management of contracts.
Receiving purchase orders from the engineering sector. Preparation of terms of reference with technical specifications for purchasing materials. Documentation for opening public biddings, supplier research and negotiation. Quantitative surveys for construction budgets.
