• Design for steel and concrete structures. • Responsible for coordination between suppliers, fabricators and erection during project construction. • Construction Supervision for steel and concrete structures. • Preparing steel shop drawings for fabrication. • Review steel shop drawings before fabrication. • Preparing tender documents including technical specifications & Bill of quantities. • Participated the meeting of opening the offers of the bidders. • Participated the meeting of negotiation with the bidders through the construction period. • Preparing preliminary estimate costs for the projects under design. • Preparing technical reports. • Preparing weekly and monthly reports. • Acquainted with the latest versions of AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAADPRO, ETABS, TeklaStructures, Profis (HiltiProgram), LIMCON and Office 2000 in addition to all Windows applications. • Team Leader with excel entinter personal, and able to working separately as well as a team member. • Review and issue material list for fabrication.
Structural Engineer Team Leader – Currently employed in construction of Mall of Egypt project with total built-up area 493,500 Sq.m (Car Park, Mall, SKI Park, Cinema, Family Entertainment Center & Plaza) with steel structure weight 8,300 ton. o Responsible for team to prepare the followings: 1- Materials take off for procurement. 2- Review design of connections and submit documents for consultant approval. 3- Checking the design drawings and Tekla models. 4- Issue GA drawings for client approval. 5- Review shop drawings for all steel items. 6- Issue material list for fabrication for production plant. 7- Prepare fabrication preliminary plan for project. 8- Structurally checking installation method statement.
