𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬. That’s been my rule of thumb ever since I started closing the gap between strategy and execution — from national policy formulation to managing a fast-scaling startup. I’m a strategic and operational leader with over 13 years of experience across project management, policy development, and innovation strategy. My career has taken me from drafting Hungary’s first national e-mobility strategy to building and managing my own micromobility startup, funded by €1M venture capital. Today, as COO of an e-mobility company, I combine hands-on operational understanding with strategic foresight to align business goals with real-world impact. I believe that even the best strategies mean little unless every team member understands their role in making them real. That’s where leadership truly starts. I’m driven by the idea that clean transport, renewable energy, and smart storage are not just technological challenges, but human responsibilities, because I want my child to grow up in a world that still works. I’m known for being a transparent, reliable, and empathetic leader, with a clear focus on efficiency, ownership, and communication. I like working with people who challenge assumptions, think critically, and approach problems with a can-do mindset. If you believe innovation should be practical, and strategy should live in everyday operations, we’re likely to have a great conversation.
