Functional Safety Engineer at Marquardt GbmH

About

I've started my automotive experiences at university designing an energy-efficient acceleration control for electric motor. This knowledge and the Shell Eco marathon participation was a straight direction to Continental AG - Chassis and Safety Veszprém R&D centre. As a software development engineer I increased my know-how in embedded solutions, requirements management, safety engineering and system analysis as well. For 4 years I've gained practical lessons about ADAS functions, Hill start assist, ESC system and tachometer. In my last year I've become a team coordinator which required improving communication and negotiation skills. Looking after more challenging tasks I've joined AImotive (former AdasWorks) company as a Safety Engineering Group Leader. After some months a reorganization made me accept a Safety Manager position. This require some responsibilities over compliance for ISO 9001 and ISO 26262 including testing methodology, verification and validation process, development toolchain, software and system analysis, risk measures. Parallel with my activities I was able to start supporting simulation testing for verification and validation of autonomous driving vehicles from L3 to L5. This is mainly the concept of scenario creation and the process of verification in simulated environment.
