Als Maschinenbauingenieur mit über zehn Jahren Erfahrung in der Automobilentwicklung bringe ich fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD, Prozessverbesserung und Python mit. Meine Arbeit konzentrierte sich auf die Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen, darunter die Automatisierung von Engineering-Tools und die Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen. Bei BMW Group habe ich Python-basierte Tools entwickelt, die über 90 % der Evaluierungsprozesse für Hochvolt-Batteriekontaktsysteme automatisiert haben. Mein Ziel ist es, durch technologische Innovationen Effizienz und Präzision in der Produktentwicklung zu fördern.
Worked in an in-house cell contacting systems team in a fast-paced R&D environment for HV battery systems. Supported concept development and validation of mechatronic and injection-molded high-voltage components. Built a computer-vision–based Python validation app, optimized CAD designs, and delivered build-to-print parts. Reduced validation time from days to minutes, directly enabling faster and more reliable design decisions.
Safety-critical, series-produced hydraulic engine components operate under high dynamic loads. Standardized fastening engineering to enable scalable and robust product development. Broke down customer requirements, improved cross-functional validation, and created documents and training. Improved communication and PLM, reducing development time and scrap rates.
Automotive air systems for series production were engineered under strict quality and process requirements. Developed and evaluated product design solutions aligned with PDP and SAP requirements. Created 3D designs, drawings, tolerance analyses, documentation, and automated workflows. Delivered robust designs and automated SAP–CAD interface, reducing effort and improving documentation quality
Worked on design of engine peripherals and thermal management systems. Own CAD architecture and support development from concept to series. Designed structured CAD models and performed FEM and package analyses. Enabled parallel development and reduced rework through stable CAD models.
