-Analyzing and following up a commercial plan for a concept in Croatia, Serbia and Georgia -Optimizing stock by setting the right allocation and replenishment strategy (allocation%, min%, max value) -Creating and executing reduction strategies within a budget that secures profitability and optimal composition of stock within the region -Setting focus on key products, based on sales and stock KPIs (S%, Store S%, ST%, Inventory Turnover, Share of Business) -Optimizing buying and influencing prices with planners and buyers in order to have the right product in the right store at the right time -Planning in-store product placement in order to hit the sales targets -First point of contact for stores and DC -Educate stores how to drive selling and how to work with their stock composition
-Allocating goods, planning replenishments to/from DC and international stores -Maintaining demand forecast by making weekly RFID scans and analyzing stock KPIs (S% (speed), ST%, DoS, Inventory Turnover) -Making inventory ABC analysis -Decreasing store shrinkage by searching for inventory discrepancies -Providing forecast for 3pl partners -Training and developing the inventory team -Working with Retail Pro (ERP, CRM), Clarity and Excel with RFID -Monitoring and improving KPIs (UPT, DPT, Conversion Rate, S% (speed), ST%) -Analyzing and following up on product performance (using RFID) -Planning in-store product placement
-Expanding the business on a new market: Austria -Onboarding new suppliers, negotiating contracts -Improving their performance metrics -Visiting their facilities to ensure product quality is in align with company standards -Implementing Lean manufacturing principles in order to reduce waste and lead times -Leadership in inventory management and stock reduction while still maintaining the right product availability -Maintaining Relationship management with suppliers
