Set-up and maintenance of Petrochemical Process Control System. Installation of hardware elements: PCs, network elements. Installation, configuration and tuning of software components. Providing Field Service Support.
Specialist providing the highest level of technology & consulting support for internal and external customers alike with the following responsibilities: • Provide application and product support and training programs for internal and external customers. • Deliver small scale engineering spot services & training to Operations & external customers. • Work closely with project operations group to ensure smooth transition of projects into support. • Diagnose external and internal customer problems over the phone. • Contribute content to external customer knowledge database, collaborate closely with Asia Pacific and North and South Americas AMS groups to exchange knowledge and best practices. • Provide support to the sales organization by providing pricing quotes and developing proposals. • Assist the Advanced Solutions Management to develop & implement strong team work processes; standards; and grow the AMS business.
