My career has taken me from Silicon Valley to NYC, Europe, Asia, and beyond—building brands, scaling digital experiences, and transforming customer journeys across industries including retail, hospitality, healthcare, technology, sports, entertainment and finance. I’ve held executive roles at Airbnb and Bounteous, led digital transformation initiatives, launched products globally, and helped companies grow through strategic partnerships, UX, AI, experience and service design. Earlier in my career, I helped pioneer the digital agency model at CKS Interactive (IPO) and later scaled operations and client development for Luminant Worldwide, part of Young & Rubicam. As founder of The Hill House Group, I develop and design art-curated vacation properties and interiors that blend European aesthetics with soulful storytelling. We are now expanding to help clients around the world create their own incredible properties. I’m also the author of, The Threads of Becoming, a poetry memoir on resilience and transformation releasing in October 2025. Speaker at SXSW, The Commonwealth Club, and Retail Loco.
