Assignment via Eiger North As project manager, I worked on two different projects: - Digitalisation of the registration process of Belgian pharmacies. With this project, my team developed an application for the internal process of the agency for processing registry requests from pharmacists. I was responsible for the scope, planning, budget and risks, as well as stakeholder management and reporting. This project also contributed to a new way of working, for which I took on the responsibility of the change management within in the affected team. Besides in this role, I was also responsible for the coordination and follow up of the external supplier that developed the application for the pharmacies. The deliverable was the go-live of the tool for external and internal users, and the new internal process. - EU project for the registration and control of antibiotic use for animals. In this project I was responsible for setting up the scope and delivered a high level planning.
This was an assignment via Eiger North. As customer master data governance lead, I was responsible for running, improving and extending the customer master data governance program within Daikin Europe for the entire EMEA region. Besides, I was also responsible for: - onboarding 10 affiliates (18 countries) to the program - acting as chair person for management and steering committee meetings - project manager for creation of new TO BE processes for creating and updating customer master data - project manager for the implementation of a new customer classification
