Supporting two VP of HRBPs and one VP of Global Talent Acquisition
Impacted by Meta's Layoff Supported Managerial Level for Business Leadership - Coordinate interview logistics in a high volume, fast-paced environment within the managerial target level of Global Business Marketing Pipeline utilizing Schedulr, Meta’s scheduling software. - Acted as the candidate’s first point of contact on full-day interviews, conducting over 70+ greets over a span of 6 months - Partners with 40+ administrative/executive assistants to schedule kick off meetings, hiring manager meetings, interviews and debriefs - Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates and all involved parties to ensure a positive candidate experience, resulting in 99% candidate satisfaction based on Candidate Experience survey (goaled at 90%) - Partners with 4 other coordinators to implement a load-balancing system where work requests were distributed evenly among leadership recruiting coordinators, effectively reducing workload imbalances and improving team efficiency. - Participates in projects outside of stated duties, such as the Flex Engagement Team, in order to develop strategies and innovation that improves communication and engagement.
- Coordinate 25+ of onsite, and virtual candidate interviews across multiple locations time zone for positions in tech every week - Develop strong partnerships with Google Staffing, interviewers, and candidates through timely follow-up, clear communication, thoroughness in work product, and superb attention to detail - Represent the Google Staffing organization to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates with high focus on delivering equitable experiences, exceptional customer service, and consistent, high-quality work - Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in Google’s applicant tracking system, including confidential application materials - Drive candidate experience through hosting support: prioritizing and owning the day-of hosting for Google candidates’ interviews, providing interviewers with appropriate resources, partnering with facilities teams, and supporting all interview logistics. - Act as point of contact for On-Call Program to assist in connecting 8+ recruiting coordinators with On-Call Interviewers for last minute declines daily.
