I’m the founder of Bizcon Media, a startup digital marketing agency focused on B2B, SaaS, and technology brands, delivering boutique, strategy-led services. Alongside this, we also work with select B2C and D2C brands that align with our approach to purposeful growth. It’s been one year since Bizcon was founded, and in this journey, we’ve partnered with 10+ brands across industries. I started Bizcon with a clear intent, not just to build an agency, but to create a women-operated workspace where professionals returning from career breaks or seeking remote opportunities are genuinely supported and empowered. I’m a PGDM graduate from Rajagiri Business School with over 5 years of experience in marketing, including brand management, social media marketing, consulting, and marketing automation. My professional foundation was shaped during my time with a leading US-based IT MNC, where I developed a strong, data-driven approach to marketing and growth. At Bizcon, I believe marketing is most powerful when creativity, strategy, and purpose come together. I lead strategy and growth at Bizcon Digital Labs, a boutique marketing and growth agency built for B2B, IT, SaaS, and EdTech brands. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, GTM execution, and demand generation turning complex offerings into clear positioning and predictable inbound pipelines. I specialise in B2B growth strategy, go-to-market planning, inbound marketing, brand narrative, and performance-led campaigns, with hands-on experience managing accounts across India, UAE, France, the US, and the UK. At Bizcon, my vision is to build a boutique, high-impact growth partner, not a volume agency -focused on quality thinking, measurable outcomes, and long-term brand value. We’re also intentionally building a women-led team, creating meaningful opportunities for women professionals, including those returning from career breaks.
