As legal counsel, I operate like a true business partner. Moving fast, thinking creatively, and collaborating with founders, leadership, and teams to align legal strategy with organizational goals and execute with confidence. My experience spans capital markets, structured finance, and emerging technology. I've been Big Law, Fortune 500, and startup — giving me the ability to operate at institutional scale and startup speed and a unique business-focused, solutions-oriented approach to strategic legal guidance. Prior to moving in-house, my practice at Cadwalader focused on representing investment banks and other institutional lenders in secured commercial lending transactions, broadly syndicated and middle market CLOs, warehouse financing facilities and other asset-backed securitizations. I also represented financial institutions in their roles as underwriters and placement agents in CRE CLO securitization transactions and have experience in real estate financing facilities and CMBS transactions.
