Employed on a contract basis for SAPL. Based in the United Arab Emirates, remotely supporting 2no major and challenging programs in Saudi Arabia. I am responsible for the recruitment of design, engineering, construction, project management, environmental, health and safety and commercial staff across both programs and have successfully introduced personnel of all nationalities including Saudi Arabian Nationals & Western Expatriates
