Hey, I'm Talar - Head of Marketing at FrontrowMD. I'm a revenue-focused marketing leader with a decade of experience scaling B2B tech, SaaS, and consumer brands. At FrontrowMD, we help D2C health and wellness brands build consumer trust through our 1000+ clinician network. It's a mission I'm passionate about as consumers declutter noise and the complexities of health information for preventative care. The last five years have been full-time and fractional Head of Marketing roles — mostly B2B tech and SaaS, with stretches in CPG, luxury and fine jewelry, and NFTs. My mission is simple: build growth, marketing and RevOps so it's a high-impact revenue center spanning the entire customer journey. Core Impact Areas: Revenue-First Transformation — I build marketing orgs around the actual customer journey. The output is a full-funnel growth engine that scales. AI in the Operating Layer — I put AI and data infrastructure into how the team works day-to-day, not just into the deck. Faster cycles, sharper targeting, better decisions at every step. Full-Stack Ownership — Across roles I've owned demand gen, revenue operations, affiliate and influencer marketing, paid media, GEO / SEO, founder-led media and content development, PR / comms, business development, and creative. Off the clock: Faith first — it shapes how I lead, hire, and show up. A family of four, a doggo, and 10 chickens. Based in the LA area, where you can usually find me running out of classpass credits, going out of my way for great cold brew, or doing self-guided library and bookstore tours.
