- Managing 1500+ Linux (98% Redhat) on-premises and Cloud. - Define the guideline and automated tools to keep update the golden image for VM/Cloud to meet company standard and multiple security hardening standards. - Work closely with security team to investigate a security issues, and manage regular and ad-hoc OS security patching. - Manage OS migration projects to migrate RHEL 4/5/6, CentOS and SLES to RHEL 7/8. - Provide expert level 3 support in area of Linux and automation, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of challenges. - Manage performance of L2 BAU support vendor, assign ad-hoc workload, provide automation tools and guideline for BAU and regular OS security patching - Manage change implementation by elevating the change plan submitted. - Work closely with upstream stakeholders such as solution architects and IT strategy teams to ensure the IT infrastructure asset is delivered aligning with the strategic roadmap. - Evaluate and communicate the proposed design solutions to the stakeholders and management, and help to guide decisions regarding tradeoffs that may impact the requirement or delivery timescales for infrastructure projects.
