After working as Software QA Engineer for approximately since September 2017, I am performing Scrum Master Role. As a Scrum Master I am mostly responsible for followings; • Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. • Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline. • Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features. • Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders. • Interacting with PLM once a week to keep the projects on the road. • Direct and lead development team from project initiation through delivery of final product. • Tracked and managed product backlog, burn down metrics, velocity, and task breakdown. • Addressed problems through risk management and contingency planning. In addition to Scrum Master role , I am one of the QA Prime, which is responsible for supervising test members for the project, developing and documenting test plans, test reports and test cases, developing test strategies in order to improve systems strength, and analyzing the test results to improve design processes preparing.
• Verification of the new developed features which fulfill the customer requirements as it is defined by customers • Preparing, developing and documenting test strategies, test plans and test cases • Developing scripts for automation test suites • Final test reporting; problem analyzing and debugging for the designer team • Attend Design Reviews of internal/external teams for the component and plan test strategy and test plan accordingly • Bug tracking with defect management tools • Applying Agile/Scrum rules for project process
