I privately worked for my grandmother who was currently on hospice due to an infection that ran rapid. I did light clean up, and cooking duties. I prepared meals and made sure she took her medication on time every day. I also took her to her appointments on time and made sure her light errands were finished before the end of the day.
Set employee schedules and made staffing adjustments to get shifts. Supervised a staff of 15+ employees. Making sure OSHA guidelines are met. Light sales of products and advertisement. Interacting and providing excellent customer service. Computer and data entry as well as muli-line phones.
