About

I’m a second-year Physiotherapy student at the University of Nottingham with a strong interest in rugby-related injuries, concussion management, and athlete rehabilitation. Alongside my studies, I’m gaining hands-on experience working with the University of Nottingham Women’s 1st Rugby Team, supporting players through injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimisation. I’m also a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, which has strengthened my practical skills and understanding of soft tissue therapy within sports environments. I thrive in high-performance settings and enjoy combining evidence-based practice with on-field experience to help athletes stay healthy, confident, and game-ready. I’m always looking to learn more about sports medicine, neuromuscular rehab, and the evolving research around concussion in contact sports.
