My passion is supporting people in finding solutions to their problems as professionals in their job and their career. After my studies in organisational and occupational psychology and neuropsychology I started working in human resources (development and business partner). Following that I took a position as CEO in an international based company for training and organisational development. I specialized myself in counselling for teams, consulting for leadership teams and coaching for managers. I am a certified mediator, facilitating conflict resolution. I provide personal coaching and leaderships programmes for corporates. My clients come from - industry (automobile, aviation, steel, chemical industry) - service providers (finance, insurance companies, telecommunication) - trade (retail, food) - public administration - social services My background is Transactional Analysis, a worldwide employed theory of personality and personal development, communication between people and in groups as well as a theory of understanding and managing group dynamics. I am a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (Field: Organisation). I train trainers, consultants and managers to learn and use TA in their field of application. I am based in Germany, but work internationally as consultant: India, China, Italy, Czech, UK, Ukraine, Poland, US … I offer coaching and supervision face to face and online.
