I was working on new tools for the business market, especially in the MENA area. I developed applications from scratch with Next.js & Expo. I also managed backend applications from Supabase & Sanity.
As a technical leader at SHFT, My main responsibility is to develop the technical culture and skills of the engineering team. I shape the technical culture and manage internal events, blog posts and management guidelines that are shared across all levels of the company and teams. I also lead each developer's career and evaluation map to become an excellent developer. At the same time, I and my management team contribute to and support transparent communication. I believe that good communication in a team is the best morale booster for everyone. Simultaneously, I develop SHFT and stakeholder projects with edge technologies and support to use.
