• Located American citizens throughout different regions of Peru during COVID-19 quarantine lockdown. • Coordinated ground transportation so citizens could travel safely to Lima and connect with repatriation flights. • Worked with the Embassy to coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Peruvian National Police for transit letter approvals. • Found citizens and residents needing to go back to the USA by using a Facebook group our volunteer team created. This group now contains over 6,000 members and is still being used to spread information on any relevant updates. • Used Whatsapp and Telegram groups to translate daily Peruvian Presidential state of emergency briefings and provide factual information about ground transportation options and regional flights to Lima for repatriation flights. • Coordinated over 30 transports, carrying over 140 people, not only Americans but citizens from 20 different countries.
