The purpose of the job is for the Junior Optimization Specialist to assist in running the daily operations, develop IT-tools, service customers, develop trading/bidding strategies as well as perform ad-hoc analysis. The Junior Optimization Specialist will be responsible for covering the operational shift, including participating in the 24/7 customer service and take part in covering the evening shift, development and improvement of tools, trading and bidding strategies and performing fundamental market analysis underpinning the portfolio's main exposures and performing ad-hoc analysis. Further the Junior Optimization Specialist will support the rest of the team and value chain on an ad- hoc basis.
