Engineer with 13+ years of experience in Engineering, Commissioning and Operations on six large FPSO Projects (daily production rate > 125Kbbl/day). Solid background on Process and Equipment Engineering; Process Troubleshooting and Optimization; focused on building highly performing teams and fostering their continuous development. Throughout my experience I have been technical responsible of complex process equipment packages (static and rotating) and commissioning of equipment offshore and final delivery to client. In my most recent project I was acting as internal client representative overviewing EPC activities and actively providing inputs on OPEX optimization to CAPEX. Responsible for the readiness for operations of the FPSO (management system, maintenance system, spares, hiring crew and ramp-up, asset integrity tools, training and competency of the crew, start-up plan and single point of contact with FPSO Owners (Joint Venture).
