Specialist in sales, marketing & dealer network with special focus in French, Spanish, Italian & Portuguese markets. Before to joining Renault group I spent 20 years in VW group including 17 years in SEAT & CUPRA. My last job into VW group was managing director for SEAT & CUPRA for French market. After more than 4 years as MD for Renault Group in Spain, my mission today is to regain leadership in Italy in terms of business and reputation. My believes: What is not measured, is not improved - Better done than perfect – Make it simple.
Responsibility: in charge to lead Groupe Renault business in Iberia with special focus on Renault & Alpine brands (200 people team, 200 points of sales, 400 workshops). Mission: to regain leadership in Spanish & Portuguese market in terms of business and reputation.
Responsibility: in charge of build & roll out brand strategy for French market (45 people team, 175 points of sales, 250 workshops) Mission: to grow SEAT business in France, make SEAT relevant Main results: / Fastest growing brand in last 3 years / 70% of customers conquest / One of the most profitable dealer network of car industry / #1 in dealer satisfaction in 2020 (Côte d'amour des constructeurs)
Responsibility: in charge of definition & implementation of the commercial strategy on new car business activity (18 people team, 180 points of sales). Mission : make a turnaround in sales after one of the biggest market crisis in recent history in Spain Main results: / Best sales result in 2017 of last 5 years (#2 in sales ranking) / #1 in dealer satisfaction (coming from #16 of 16 in 2011) / Roll out of SEAT retail excellence program to prepare dealer network to SUV offensive
Responsibility: in charge of communication & product strategy (15 people team, 3 agencies). Mission: support brand & business during one of the biggest market crisis in recent history in Spain and prepare SEAT for new product generation. Main results: / Market leader in 2011 / New communication strategy from 2013 with new media agency / Brand turn around in 2014 with new LEON launch.
Responsibility: support & coordinate SEAT new car activities into 2 Volkswagen Group national sales companies. Mission : insure SEAT central strategy implementation in markets & defend markets specificities in SEAT headquarter. Main results: / New dealer remuneration system in Italy / New product line up in France & Italy.
