Responsible for the improvement of the supply chain dedicated to plants producing complete seats / seat covers / seat frames / foams for the automotive industry. -KAIZEN & 5S & HOSHIN & Cost reduction workshop -FES implementation / Pull system / PIC & PDP procedures
Responsible for studies of delocalization and outsourcing of activities for the production of commercial vehicles. Responsible for the analysis and improvement of the logistic handling in the assembly plant of Renault Master and Mascott
