Passionate by data management, I’ve tried to bring this topic into all my experiences over the last 15 years in food & medical industries. It enabled me to support and to develop more efficiently Quality and Environment systems. I believe strengthening our process' by data, triggers improvement in our capability to meet consumers and patients expectations and allow us to anticipate trends.
CODIR member, I'm managing a scope of 100+ countries (Japan, ME, China, Canada, etc) with a distributor business model for our Danone iconic brands (EVIAN, Volvic and ALPRO). I'm accountable to make sure all over the word when consumers experience our products, they will get the same and unique satisfying experience. In several words : - High complexity environment, (regulatory, supply chain, special situation management), - Start up model for some countries, - Sustainable double digit growth, - Huge level of investment for innovation & activation, - Quality as an enabler for growth !
Following the Danone reorganisation, my mandate was to support the merge of all analytical excellence organisation, covering around 200 laboratories in the world in several categories (Beverages, Dairy, Plant based and Specialized nutrition). Main deliverables : - Alignment on our Strategy for the Laboratory management system for Danone. - Consolidation of all laboratories data audit (ISO17025 based) / Proficiency test in one place (power BI) to enable benchmark and prioritisation. - Launch of request management system tool to increased efficiency. - Launch of Productivity projects (alternative methods, renew of equipment, consumable management).
• Factory of 150 employees producing 10 000 tons Biscuits (Team of 20 persons). • Close collaboration with R&I, Op to renovate our full portfolio to increase margin. • Implementation of Facility management & Full digitalization of performance with auto data collection. • Internal cross factory Auditor ISO 9/14/18/22 HACCP/Sanitary design IFS/BRC/QCMS
• Factory of 200 employees producing 15 000 tons Biscuits (Team of 6 persons). • SAP Global Key user with implementation of QM, Supply (APO), Maintenance, Finance. • Management of consumer contacts, internal and external audit. • Implementation of new line of extruded products.
