It enabled me to support and to develop more efficiently Quality and Environment systems. Main deliverables : - Alignment on our Strategy for the Laboratory management system for Danone. - Consolidation of all laboratories data audit (ISO17025 based) / Proficiency test in one place (power BI) to enable benchmark and prioritisation. - Launch of request management system tool to increased efficiency. - Launch of Productivity projects (alternative methods, renew of equipment, consumable management).
