Encadrement de l’équipe logistique, stock et ADV. Planification de la charge par atelier à court et long terme.
Lead the operation team to : - Maintain an order portfolio for all our customers - Source products in line with the delivery plan - Deliver goods in compliance with customs & regulation - Create New material numbers and maintain existing database - Maintain our local customer service centers and source components to repair our products - Ensure our margins & P&L results - Ensure Visual Merchandising avaibility - Conduct projects to improve our service level
• Production planning & Product availability Ensure watches and jewelry disponibility within the respect of costs and production capacity • Quality management Ensure the good quality from the supplier to the customer • Inventory management Check the stock level to avoid over-stock or stock-outs on components. Avoid stock-outs for the CS plateforms • Purchasing and procurement Challenge the supplier from the prototypes to the mass production. • Development From Design to final approval of prototype
Création du service planification et management de l’équipe Gestion de la relation Client (suivi avec les Maisons) Fiabilisation de la facturation et des délais annoncés aux clients Reprise et animation de la charge/capacité de l’usine Mise en place d’un PDP sur la base de la charge/capa et de la mise en flux terrain
Collaboration avec les différentes entités centrales pour garantir un niveau d’information optimal Elaboration le plan prévisionnel d’approvisionnement court, moyen et long terme Gestion de projets Supply Chain transverses Cartier o Sécurisation des flux de prototypes au sein du département Marketing/Développement o Amélioration continue au sein de deux départements
