Supporting the Head of Marketing in leading the company’s commercial function. Financial administration: receiving and issuing invoices, monitoring the budget, maintaining the accounting system.
Financial data management: reporting, budgeting and analysis support. Invoices and accounting: processing invoices, monitoring transactions in SAP. Administration and documentation: preparing financial documents, liaising with external parties.
Intern at Chancellery, Web portal-, Application and VIR Centre. Website development and migration: creation and migration of 10+ websites, successful upload of more than 200 documents and content. Application testing and database management: smart device application testing, database development and accurate identification of 800+ infrastructure data.
